The challenge

A mobility app sold white-label: the same Swift code ships as 11 apps, each under its client's brand and published from 9 different App Store Connect accounts. Releasing them by hand means a separate build, signature and upload for every brand.

What we did

  • Built the release pipeline with GitHub Actions and Fastlane.
  • Every weekday at 2 a.m. it builds 8 brands, signs each one for its own account and uploads it to TestFlight.
  • One checkbox also prepares the App Store version, with the listing and release notes in every language.
  • It bumps versions, opens the release in Jira, keeps translations in sync and posts each result to Slack.

Built in-house by our founder as senior iOS engineer. Brand and client names are left out on purpose.

The result

Eight brands reach TestFlight every weeknight without anyone touching them, and preparing an App Store version is one checkbox.
