The challenge
Easy Locker stores luggage for travellers arriving at Córdoba's train station. It had to open around the clock with nobody on site, speak to visitors from all over the world and keep its paperwork in order without an office.
What we did
- Built the website in Next.js, in 10 languages, including Arabic (right to left) and Japanese.
- Set up the booking flow: travellers book, pay by card and get their access code by email and SMS.
- Wrote the back-office automations in Python: supplier invoices are read with OCR, renamed and filed on their own.
- Fed those invoices into a finance dashboard in Google Sheets.
The result
Easy Locker opens 24/7 with nobody on site, and travellers rate it 4.9★ on Google from 132 reviews. More than 150 supplier invoices have been filed without anyone touching them.
